ARTrageous Parade

Following the theme "Springs of Inspiration" the Artrageous Parade is the official kick-off for Eureka Springs' May Festival of the Arts.
The parade will take the traditional route down Spring Steet.
Parading units should not crowd each other. Prevent gaps to keep the flow moving with 3 to 5 car lengths distance between each.
